Purchases and Bookings
Once a ticket has been purchased, the booking is non refundable unless there are government restrictions that will prevent you from travelling. In such circumstances the cost of your Elf Town ticket will be refunded minus the booking fee of €2.50 per ticket. This booking fee is paid out at the time of booking to cover the cost of credit card companies and online ticket merchants so unfortunately we would be unable to recoup these amounts.
If you wish to purchase or book tickets or service which we may make available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
