  • This year, you have the option to receive an Elf Town branded gift pack with an official invite from Santa to Elf Town addressed to the children and a map of Elf Town.

  • Visit Jack Frosts Ice House – See Dasher and Dancer, Santas real reindeer in their stables .

  • Spin on the carousel and boogie on the Elf Town Light up Dance Floor.

  • Visit Santa in his grotto where he knows a little secret about each of the children and gives them a special Elf Town toy coin to exchange for any present they choose from Santa’s toy shop.

Elf Town Map 2023
Your magical journey awaits!

All families receive a map on arrival to guide you through all of the different areas of Elf Town. Children will each be given an Elf Town passport, Elf Hat and a name badge. All grown-ups can enjoy a mince pie – all complimentary. This year, you have an option to receive an Elf Town branded gift pack with an official invite from Santa to Elf Town addressed to the children, and a map of Elf Town. New to 2024 – Santa will also include a personalised postcard for each child thanking them for coming to Elf Town. This will come by post from Santa himself before your booking date.

Our Sensory Experience

A fun-filled adventure for everyone

Our Sensory Experience

For the sensory time, there will be no queues, loud noises, or flashing lights. Our script will be to a minimum and you can move through at your leisure. To book this session, please click ‘book tickets’ below and select your time slot, then add you child/adult/baby ticket

The date for our sensory session is  Friday the 29th November with slots available from 12pm until 1pm

Please ensure your group arrives 10 minutes in advance of your booking slot. Otherwise you will be in with a group that has a stricter timeline and would not be free to move about the experience at your own pace.

We and our son had the best time. He is only 2 1/2 so we weren't quite sure how he would react. He loved every moment and was happy out joining in with all the other children for the activities, of which there were loads. So much to keep him (and us) entertained. The icing on the cake was the fantastic Santa. He had so much time for us and was so friendly and good with our son. An amazing experience all around. We can't wait to go again next year.

A fantastic family experience and superb effects which put the kids into a trance in this magical Christmas experience. Great quality effects and the personalised Santa visit finished off our 3 small children’s trip, with a very sleepy return back to Kerry. Highly recommended.

FAQ

We create an experience everyone will love

Shows start on the hour and every 10 mins SHARP from the hour. Door opens every 10 mins.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check in etc.

You are more than welcome to take pictures in Elf Town, in fact we encourage it. We do have a professional Photography service available @ €10 per photo or €15 for 2. This is available at the end of Elf Town when you visit Santa, you can request a professional family photo that comes in an Elf Town frame.

Yes, there is ample parking at Elf Town at NO extra cost.

Buggies / prams must be left in your car or the pram park provided. Prams are allowed only in exceptional circumstances, (we will ensure that there is adequate seating in all areas for parents with babies and baby changing facilities are provided also.

Yes, Elf Town is wheelchair accessible. Please inform the box office of any mobility issues when reserving tickets.

If you arrive late for the show you have booked in for, we will get you into the next available show, however, our capacity per show is limited so if there is no room then you will have to wait until a show comes available that is not fully booked.

If you arrive early you may be asked to wait in the waiting area area until your scheduled time for the journey.

Established by a group of volunteers in 2006, Hand in Hand National Children’s Cancer Charity is an organisation that supports families who are affected by childhood cancer by giving them access to professional service providers.  By availing of these services, families have more precious time to spend with their children rather than trying to keep on top of household chores.

Galway Simon Community was set up in 1979 by a group of volunteers who refused to accept homelessness on the streets of Galway. With the support of the wider community, we have grown, developed, learned and adapted over the years to become a leading provider of homeless and homelessness prevention services in the region.

At Galway Simon Community, we support a person’s right to security, dignity and wellbeing in their own home. We are relentlessly committed to finding answers to the questions faced by real people at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness. It is our belief that early intervention is the most effective means of reducing the trauma and cost associated with homelessness.

COPE Galway is a Galway charity with a vision of a community where every person is valued, cared for and supported at every stage of life.
We provide essential support services for people who are homeless, women and children experiencing domestic abuse and older people.
We work together with community partners, groups, businesses and individuals, to help some of the most vulnerable and isolated men, women and children in Galway.
